Who am I? You will undoubtedly ask yourself this question when considering who you want to market your home.
Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am married to an amazingly supportive man whose business allows him to be home for our eleven year old twins after school and as required, allowing me to focus on being the best I can be within the real estate industry, an industry I love!
I am now in my 8th year of real estate after always being in sales or account management roles previously, I chose to work for Eves initially due to the strong market share, great cross section of sales people, management support and training provided. Together, Eves and I have continued strong growth year on year.
When I came into the market in 2012 it was a relatively flat market and we are now out the other side of the highs of 2016, which was massive year of growth in Papamoa and the Mount. Experiencing market fluctuations means I have learned the fundamentals in negotiation and know how to run highly successful marketing campaigns for both auction and priced campaigns.
Since January 2019 I have run 22 auction campaigns. 15 of these sold under the hammer and the remaining 7 within 30 to 60 days post auction. I have also marketed and sold an additional 32 properties via a priced marketing campaign.
This is a total of $38,960,400 worth of property sales during this period. (as at 1st October 2020)
